The Big Decision!
After much prayer and discussion, Jason and I have decided to start the adoption process again. Some may say we are crazy because we already have six children living in our home but we say that we are blessed. God has given us so much and we in turn want to glorify him and give another child a family. This process will be somewhat different as we will not be adopting internationally. We are going through the Riverside County Foster/Adopt Program. Please pray that the process will go smoothly and that God would be glorified during this adventure. The process will take about a year. (maybe longer)

We are interested at foster/adopt as well to expand our family. Looking forward to following your journey!

What great news! I just checked your blog for the first time in a month or two, and I was so excited to see that God has called you to adopt again. We will be praying for you as you learn a new process. Our adoption is still an ongoing struggle. Just before our case was to be released from PGN, we were randomly selected from our batch to be put back through additional reviews. We're still waiting!! God has shown Himself faithful through all of the craziness, and we continue to praise Him for the journey He called us to. Merry Christmas!
Hi Debbie! I was thrilled to receive your Christmas card this year and to see you have a blog. I think you family is beautiful and to be doing exactly what you feel God is leading you to do is amazing! We have our 3 sons and this summer we had become fully approved for a fost adopt program with Olive Crest. We did have to delay this just a bit but we are looking at this coming summer to ok ourselves to be on the list. It was a space issue.. we are working on increasing the space in which we are in. But other than that we are all well. I can see from your amazing blog that you are doing wonderful as well. I will add you and your family to our prayers for your new addition coming soon. I also would love to hear more about SOW.. the homeschooling. I have been playing with this idea for some time. I think it is weighing heavily on my mind... it's got to be God talking to me :0)
